USE OF THE BLACKBERRY IN THE UNIVERSITIES.

On having used a Blackberry for long periods of time it is possible to come to have an dangerous addiction,  which can have the same degree of danger that the alcohol or any other addictive substance, so there alerted specialists of Monterrey's University (UDEM).

The doctor, Hermelinda Leal Treviño, The professor of Clinical Evaluation of the UDEM, said that lack of  safety  himself , dependence, disability to relate to others, the anxiety and stress, they are possible characteristics that a person addicted to the Blackberry can develop.

When someone,  depressed people,   feels the need to be communicated and to interact with others, the human being generates a worry that starts reacting to organic level, which affects the nice system that avoids the tension, generating stress in the person ' it expressed.

                    PASTAS

The recognized, pasta, healthy food are the carbohydrates, the contribution of proteins is the gluten.

 The gluten is the protein of the pasta. Actually in the flour of wheat two proteins exist: the gliadina and the glutenina. The attaché of water and the kneaded one do that those two proteins join and form the gluten. This element is the person in charge of the consistency and elasticity of the mass that one does not give with other flours.

 In all that, to the fats, the pastas it does not contain cholesterol, not triglicéridos. In addition, the vegetable oils that are in use in the sauces diminish the cholesterol and in the particular case of the olive oil.  Other one of the advantages that the pasta has, is that they are easily digestible

La mayor riqueza de las pastas son los hidratos de carbono ,el gluten es la proteína de la pasta. En realidad en la harina de trigo existen dos proteínas: la gliadina y la glutenina. El agregado de agua y el amasado hacen que aquellas dos proteínas se unan y formen el gluten. Este elemento es el responsable de la consistencia y elasticidad de la masa que no se da con otras harinas.

En cuanto, a las grasas, las pastas no contiene  colesterol, ni triglicéridos. Además, los aceites vegetales que se utilizan en las salsas disminuyen el colesterol y en el caso particular del aceite de oliva, otra de las ventajas que tiene la pasta, es que son fácilmente digeribles
